About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Research Analyst. This position is pivotal in supporting our research initiatives, data analysis, and policy recommendations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing research methodologies, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing comprehensive reports to inform decision-making processes. Qualifications

Candidates must have proven experience in research design, data collection, and statistical analysis, with proficiency in software tools such as SPSS, Stata, or R. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for preparing reports and presenting findings effectively. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are crucial. Responsibilities
