💼 Position: Social cum Gender Officer
📍 Location: Korea, Chhattisgarh

🚀 Your Role & Responsibilities
You will play a key role in driving community transformation:
- 🤝 Conduct village-level meetings with communities, PRIs, SHGs, and farmer groups
- 📢 Facilitate awareness of WOTR tools and project initiatives
- 🌾 Support sustainable agriculture practices and planning
- 🧩 Strengthen community institutions and social mobilization
- 📊 Prepare project reports (physical & financial)
- 🔍 Assist in research, case studies & documentation
- 👧 Work on gender, child development & life skills training
- 🏛️ Build linkages with government departments
- 🗣️ Conduct Gram Sabha & training programs
- 📅 Support planning, execution & monitoring of projects
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- 🎓 Master’s Degree (MSW / MA in Rural Development / Rural Management)
- ⏳ Minimum 6 years of relevant field experience
- 🗣️ Knowledge of local language & Hindi preferred
- 🌍 Experience in development sector is an added advantage
