We’re building a tight, sharp content engine and we're looking for someone who takes writing seriously enough to call it a craft.
Role: Social Media Writer
This isn’t an “AI-prompting” content job.
This is a real writer’s role, the type where your intuition, taste, and personal voice actually matter. We want someone who enjoys the thrill of:
- writing something smart
- posting it
- watching it perform
- tweaking, sharpening, and trying again

What You'll Do
Platform Writing (Daily, High Output)
- X: threads, punchy takes, narrative-aware content
- LinkedIn: authority posts, founder POV, momentum stories
- Instagram: reel scripts, carousels, hooks, captions
- Farcaster: cast flows, micro-engagement
- YouTube: 5–10 min scripts that hold attention
Campaigns & Ideas
- Work directly with the Marketing Lead to brainstorm campaign angles
- Spot opportunities in trends, culture, and crypto narratives
- Develop content arcs, sequences, and thematic series
- Bring your own taste + creativity into the mix
Voice & Craft
- Maintain a sharp, minimal, high-context writing style
- Understand the rhythm of each platform
- Keep writing human - not AI-written mush
- Iterate fast based on performance data and feedback

Who You Are
Must-Have
- A writer first. Someone who thinks in sentences, not prompts
- Strong grasp of crypto culture & social platform dynamics
- Can simplify complex ideas cleanly
- Comfortable shipping high volume without losing quality
- Obsessed with watching content perform and evolve
Nice-to-Have
- Experience writing for creators or brands
- Exposure to analytics + storytelling frameworks
- Familiar with tools (Notion, Figma), but not dependent on them
- Bonus: you’ve built an audience or have samples with real traction
