🧠 About the Role:
Location - West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi (On-site)
We’re looking for a fast, creative, and detail-oriented video editor who understands short-form content and can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media trends and knows how to hook attention in the first 3 seconds.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
- Add engaging elements: captions, transitions, sound effects, motion graphics
- Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratio, pacing, hooks)
- Collaborate with content strategists, creators, and designers
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and viral styles
- Deliver quick turnaround edits (sometimes within 24–48 hours)
🛠️ Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in tools like:
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- After Effects (basic to intermediate)
- CapCut (bonus)
- Strong understanding of:
- Social media trends & storytelling
- Retention editing (hooks, pacing, pattern interrupts)
- Experience with:
- Subtitles & motion text
- Sound design & music syncing
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
✨ Good to Have:
- Experience in influencer content or brand campaigns
- Basic knowledge of color grading
- Understanding of memes, internet culture, and viral formats
