Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Aditya World City, Ghaziabad
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
About this role
We’re looking for a growth-focused Social Media Manager who understands that content is not just about posting. It's about building attention and scaling pages.
You’ll be working on sports leagues, FMCG brands, and Touchwood Team’s own social presence, ensuring every piece of content is strategically designed to perform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow multiple social media pages (clients + Touchwood Team)
- Develop content strategies that drive followers, engagement, and reach
- Plan high-performing reel ideas, trend-based content, and campaigns
- Work closely with editors by providing clear briefs, references, hooks, and descriptions before edits
- Be present on shoots to capture content direction, ensure execution aligns with strategy, and gather additional content inputs
- Identify and execute real-time content opportunities during shoots
- Analyze performance and continuously optimize content strategy
- Stay updated with trends, formats, and algorithm shifts
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who can grow pages, not just manage them
- Strong understanding of short-form content (Reels), hooks, and virality
- Experience in handling multiple accounts with a team
- Ability to direct content on shoots and think on the spot
- Clear communication skills for briefing editors and designers
- Understanding of sports content & FMCG storytelling is a plus
- Highly proactive, creative, and execution-focused
