Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content strategy.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
- Ability to plan campaigns that support both brand awareness and performance marketing goals.
- Experience analyzing insights and turning data into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and ad-friendly content planning is preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, or scheduling tools is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
