About The Role
We’re looking for a creative and trend-aware Social Media Strategist & Manager to lead the brand’s social media strategy, influencer collaborations, and content direction across platforms. The role focuses on building a strong brand voice, driving engaging content, and growing community presence while working closely with internal creative and video teams to scale The Mom Store’s digital impact.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content Strategy
• Shape and drive the brand’s overall social media presence, ensuring consistency in voice, storytelling, and visual identity.
• Translate business goals into engaging content strategies that drive reach, engagement, and conversions. • Stay ahead of trends and platform shifts to keep the brand relevant and culturally in sync.
Content Planning & Execution
• Lead end-to-end planning of social media calendars, campaigns, and content drops across platforms.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to bring high-impact, scroll-stopping content to life.
• Continuously optimize content based on performance insights and audience behaviour.
Influencer & Creator Ecosystem
• Build and nurture a strong network of creators and influencers aligned with the brand.
• Drive meaningful collaborations that go beyond one-off posts and create long-term brand affinity.
• Own campaign execution from idea to live content, ensuring quality and brand fit.
Collaborations & Brand Integrations
• Explore and execute innovative partnerships across creators, media, and platforms to expand brand reach.
• Identify opportunities for the brand to show up in culture, conversations, and relevant content ecosystems.
• Work cross-functionally to integrate campaigns across social, video, and digital touchpoints.
Performance & Growth
• Track and analyze key metrics to understand what’s working and what’s not.
• Drive continuous improvement in engagement, reach, and community growth.
• Take ownership of scaling the brand’s digital presence and impact.
What We’re Looking For
• 2 - 5 years of experience in Social Media, Content, or Influencer Marketing.
• Strong understanding of content trends, reels, short-form video, and digital storytelling.
• Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, or agencies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-driven.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground team environment.
