Role : Social Media Strategist (Fresher)
We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist (Fresher) who understands content beyond just posting.
This role is for someone who can think creatively, act quickly, and execute consistently across platforms.
We’re looking for someone who understands that social media is not just content.
It’s content + timing + insights + algorithms.
Some posts need to be educatve.
Some need to be insightful.
Some just need to be promotional.
Your job is to know the difference and understand why something works.
What You'll Do
- Work on content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & X
- Plan, write, and execute social media content, with a focus on what actually performs.
- Write platform-appropriate copy (not one-style-fits-all)
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars
- Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform changes
- Track performance (reach, engagement, watch time, etc.)
- Understand what’s working and iterate based on insights
- Work with designers to create effective, performance-driven creatives
What we are looking for
- Strong understanding of how content performs across platforms
- Curiosity about algorithms, trends, and audience behaviour
- Ability to adapt tone based on context
- Good copywriting sense (clear > fancy)
- Basic design understanding
- Someone who is consistent, observant, and serious about learning
