About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Lead who can take ownership of our digital presence. This role focuses on strategic planning, content direction, and ensuring consistent brand growth, while also having a basic understanding of campaign performance and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Execution
• Develop and lead social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Drive brand growth across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Translate business objectives into impactful campaigns and content plans
Meta Ads & Campaign Understanding
• Execute and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns with a basic understanding of targeting and budgets
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on insights
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Perform basic data analysis using platform insights and analytics tools
• Track key metrics like engagement, reach, profile visits, and conversions
• Share simple, actionable reports to improve content and campaign effectiveness
Profile Optimization & Growth
• Optimize social media profiles to improve profile visits, engagement, and conversions
• Enhance bio, highlights, CTAs, and content structure for better discoverability
• Support organic growth through trends and platform understanding
Content & Campaign Leadership
• Lead content planning with a focus on reels, videos, and trend-based content
• Collaborate with designers and creators to execute campaigns
• Ensure strong brand consistency and visual aesthetics
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns
• Support and guide team members or agencies where required
Community & Brand Building
• Oversee engagement and ensure timely, professional responses
• Build and maintain an active and loyal audience

Who You Are:
• 6–8 years of experience in social media and digital marketing 
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads and social media analytics (basic level)
• A creative thinker with a strategic mindset
• Good understanding of content trends and platform algorithms
• Strong communication and execution skills
• Experience in wellness, lifestyle, beauty, or D2C brands is a plus
