We are looking for a versatile, high-energy Social Media Strategist who is as comfortable behind the camera as they are behind the analytics dashboard. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dehradun for a creative professional who can own the entire social media lifecycle—from conceptualizing viral hooks and shooting high-quality content to editing and strategic distribution.
The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a data-driven mindset, capable of turning a brand’s vision into a high-performing digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Content Production: Lead the "Shoot-Edit-Post" workflow. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photo/video content on-site and editing it into engaging formats (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc.).
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with client business goals and drive predictable lead generation.
- Platform Management: Oversee and grow brand presence across various platforms, maintaining a consistent voice and high aesthetic standard.
- Data Analysis: Monitor performance metrics daily. Use data to refine strategies, optimize content performance, and report measurable results (ROAS/Engagement) to stakeholders.
- Community Engagement: Manage community interactions and public relations to build trust and long-term loyalty for client brands.
- Collaborative Execution: Work closely with the core team to ensure social media efforts integrate seamlessly with SEO and paid media campaigns.
Core Requirements
- Production Skills: Proven ability to shoot and edit professional-grade short-form video content. Proficiency in mobile or professional editing suites is essential.
- Strategic Expertise: Strong grasp of Social Media Optimization (SMO) and the latest algorithm trends across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Content Strategy: Experience building comprehensive content calendars that balance brand storytelling with performance marketing.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for copywriting and client collaboration.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and advanced analytics software.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, boutique agency environment where quality and accountability are prioritized over volume.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus).
- A portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and high-quality video editing/production work.
