At OK Play India Ltd., we are building a strong B2B presence in the outdoor play equipment space—and we’re looking for a creative, execution-driven Social Media Strategist to lead our digital growth.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to blend content, performance marketing, and lead generation to drive real business outcomes.

Role OverviewYou will be responsible for driving OK Play’s brand presence across all social media platforms, with a strong focus on B2B marketing—targeting schools, builders, and institutional clients.
🔑
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage OK Play’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Develop and execute a B2B-focused social media strategy targeting decision-makers in schools and real estate
- Create and oversee high-quality content (posts, campaigns, creatives, messaging) aligned with brand positioning
- Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns including:
- Email marketing
- WhatsApp outreach
- Direct digital campaigns
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn for lead generation
- Drive SEO and content optimization to improve discoverability and inbound inquiries
- Track, analyze, and improve performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads generated)

Who We’re Looking For- Strong understanding of social media strategy with a B2B lens
- Proven ability to create engaging, conversion-driven content
- Hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn)
- Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing tools
- Creative thinker with strong execution capability
- Ability to understand and target decision-makers in schools & real estate sector
