Role Description The Social Media Strategist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies across platforms, aligning content plans with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. The Social Media Strategist will manage daily posting, community engagement, performance tracking, and optimization of social media channels. Responsibilities include collaborating with creative, media, and account teams, coordinating with partners and influencers, and preparing regular reports and insights to guide future campaign decisions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Public Relations skills for managing community interactions and brand reputation.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, structure, and coordinate platform-specific content.
- Candidates should possess analytical abilities, familiarity with social media analytics tools, and a data-driven approach to performance measurement.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, and prior experience in a digital or media agency environment are beneficial.
