About the role
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-savvy Social Media Strategist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts, building content strategies, and driving engagement and growth across platforms.
You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that strengthen brand positioning, grow our online community, and generate measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilty
Strategy & Planing
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals
- Create monthly content calendars with a clear content mix (educational, promotional, community-driven, etc.)
- Identify growth opportunities through trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and audience insights
Content & Campaign Managment
- Collaborate with design, content, and performance teams to produce engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels, etc.)
- Lead campaign ideation and execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual identity are consistently maintained
Analytics & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, follower growth, etc.)
- Use insights to optimize content formats, posting schedules, and messaging
- Present performance reports with actionable recommendations
Community & Brand Building
- Manage community engagement — comments, DMs, and brand interactions
- Monitor social sentiment and escalate issues when necessary
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand advocates
Paid Social Support
- Work with performance marketing teams to support paid social campaigns
- Assist in A/B testing creatives and messaging for ads
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
- Proven track record of managing and growing brand social media accounts
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Basic understanding of paid social advertising
- Strong copywriting skills and understanding of content storytelling
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good To Have
- Experience in D2C industry is a must
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Experience working with influencers and creators
- Basic understanding of performance marketing funnels
