Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Strategist to join our team on-site at our Jaipur office. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand engagement and visibility. Tasks include creating and curating content for various platforms, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and innovating creative solutions for audience growth. You'll have the opportunity to shape our online presence and work closely with creators to amplify their impact across global markets.
Qualifications
- Social media expertise, including platform management, content scheduling, and trend analysis
- Experience with social media analytics, performance tracking, and reporting
- Proficiency in digital marketing and campaign strategy creation
- Copywriting, content creation, and graphic design skills tailored to different audiences
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in the media industry or working with creators is an added advantage
