Key Responsibilities-
Content Creation & Writing
* Develop engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, andother social channels
* Write captions, short-form posts, blogs, newsletters, and campaign copy aligned withbrand guidelines
* Repurpose long-form content into social-friendly formats
* Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and tone alignment
Social Media Strategy & Planning
* Assist in building monthly content calendars and campaign plans
* Conduct audience, competitor, and trend research
* Contribute creative ideas for content series and growth initiatives
* Align content efforts with marketing objectives and key performance indicators
Analytics & Optimization
* Monitor engagement metrics, including reach, impressions, clicks, and conversions
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
* Recommend optimizations based on data insights
* Support A/B testing efforts to improve content effectiveness
Community Engagement
* Monitor comments and direct messages
* Engage with followers to strengthen brand presence
* Assist with influencer outreach and collaborations
