Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Strategist to elevate Titlli’s digital presence. This is a full-time, on-site role in Indore, ideal for someone who has a strong eye for design, aesthetics, and brand storytelling.
You will be responsible not just for strategy, but for ensuring that every piece of content reflects a cohesive, premium, and visually refined brand language.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand goals
- Plan and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually compelling, high-quality content
- Ensure strong design language, visual consistency, and premium aesthetics across all social platforms
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, colors, and overall visual identity
- Implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques to improve reach and visibility
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights
- Drive brand storytelling, campaigns, and launches with a luxury-first approach
- Build and manage PR and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility
- Stay updated with trends while maintaining design integrity and brand positioning
What We’re Looking For- Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing & SMO
- Proven experience in content strategy and execution
- A sharp eye for design, layout, color palettes, and visual storytelling
- Strong understanding of brand consistency and premium design aesthetics
- Excellent communication and brand storytelling skills
- Experience in PR, influencer marketing, and collaborations
- Creative mindset with the ability to think both visually and strategically
- Analytical skills with experience in tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
- Familiarity with Instagram-first brands and luxury/lifestyle aesthetics
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
- Prior experience in luxury, lifestyle, gifting, or D2C brands is highly preferred
