Role Description The Social Media Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The person in this role will plan and execute social media strategies across platforms, develop content calendars, and ensure brand consistency in all digital communication. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on analytics. The role also involves coordinating with design and content teams, engaging with online communities, responding to comments and messages, and supporting public relations initiatives to build brand visibility. The Social Media Strategist will stay updated on trends in fashion, lifestyle, and social media to keep the brand relevant and appealing to its target audience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Public Relations skills.
- Candidates should possess experience in Content Strategy and campaign planning.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with analytics tools and basic performance reporting.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of fashion and youth culture; prior experience in fashion or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Delhi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
