Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Strategist at Studio RHOE.
As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, community growth, and conversions across multiple platforms. You will manage content planning, campaign execution, trend integration, and performance analysis while staying updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, platform updates, and evolving Instagram algorithms/features.
We’re looking for someone proactive, creatively driven, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy
Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and platform algorithms
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Instagram updates, trends, reels strategy, AI tools, and digital marketing innovations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for aesthetics, content, and storytelling
Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Ability to analyze insights and data to optimize campaign performance and growth
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask independently
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative, ownership, and responsibilities
Passion for fashion, luxury, and lifestyle brands preferred
