About the Company
SEREKO is India’s 1st Psychodermatology brand that with its unique blend aims to reverse the effects of mental stress on the skin. The company intends to market and sell its D2C brand portfolio spanning topical skincare products with complementing nutraceuticals to treat skincare concerns internally while also providing surface solutions.
Job Responsibility
- The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing SEREKO’s social media presence across all platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
- Plan and implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Manage and optimize social media channels while ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
- Create and oversee engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
- Identify and analyze current social media trends and leverage them to create relevant and engaging content for the brand.
- Track social media performance, analyze insights, and prepare reports to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer queries and ensure timely and professional responses.
- Monitor online reviews, feedback, and audience sentiment across social platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
- Identify, onboard, and build relationships with relevant influencers and agencies.
- Negotiate collaborations, manage deliverables, and ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns.
- Oversee influencer campaigns from ideation to execution while ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Track and measure the impact of influencer campaigns on engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Foster community engagement by building relationships with followers and encouraging user-generated content and brand advocacy.
Qualifications / Skills
- PQE: 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media strategy or digital marketing.
- Prior D2C brand experience is preferred, especially in skincare, beauty, or wellness categories.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Experience in influencer marketing, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media analytics, and web analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing technologies.
- Passionate about the skincare and beauty industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Fashion Communication, Media Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
