Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic team in Aurangabad, India. The role involves creating, implementing, and managing social media strategies to increase audience engagement and brand visibility. Responsibilities include content planning, managing social media accounts, analyzing campaign performance, staying updated on trends, and ensuring the consistent execution of brand messaging across platforms. This is an on-site role requiring close collaboration with the marketing and creative teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Management and Platforms, including creating and scheduling posts.
- Skills in Content Creation, including writing, editing, and designing visuals for diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies, with a focus on analytics and engagement.
- Familiarity with Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Digital Marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
- Proficiency with tools such as social media scheduling software, analytics platforms, and design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Relevant experience or a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
