About The Role :
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager / Strategist who can deeply understand brand positioning, create engaging content ideas, and manage end-to-end social media for healthcare brands. The ideal candidate should be strong in storytelling, hooks, viral content ideation, AI tools, and team management while having a clear understanding of the healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand the brand and develop a strong social media strategy
- Plan and execute content calendars across platforms
- Create engaging content ideas, hooks, and storytelling concepts
- Generate viral and trend-based content ideas
- Manage content creation team (designers, video editors, creators)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Gamma, Heygen, Higgsfield, Elevenlabs, Beautiful, Anything, Canva AI, etc.) to improve content quality and efficiency
- Understand healthcare market, patient psychology, and audience behavior
- Conduct competitor research and trend analysis
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, growth)
- Maintain brand voice for doctors, clinics, and healthcare organizations
Required Skills :
- Strong social media strategy and branding understanding
- Content ideation and storytelling skills
- Ability to create viral reels and strong hooks
- Good knowledge of AI tools for content and marketing
- Team management and coordination skills
- Understanding of healthcare industry and audience

Preferred Qualification :
- Experience in healthcare as well as in marketing agency
