Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Strategist based in New Delhi. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence. Key responsibilities include creating and optimizing content for social media platforms, managing community engagement, analyzing metrics to measure performance, and collaborating with the marketing and communication teams for strategic alignment. The role also involves monitoring trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and maintaining brand consistency across all social media channels.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and elevate brand presence on digital platforms
- Proficiency in creating and executing effective Content Strategies tailored to diverse audiences
- Exceptional Communication skills for engaging with online communities and coordinating across teams
- Experience in Public Relations, with a focus on building and maintaining brand image and partnerships
- Ability to analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and measure the success of campaigns
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for scheduling, analytics, and content creation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in social media strategy or related roles is preferred
