Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Strategist, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Social Media Strategist will develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns to enhance Mindcog’s online presence and engagement. Responsibilities include creating content strategies, analysing platform performance, managing content calendars, and collaborating with internal teams to plan and execute digital marketing initiatives. The role also involves monitoring trends and analytics to drive impactful strategies and foster brand growth on social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and govern the organisation’s end-to-end social media strategy across all relevant platforms
- Develop structured monthly and quarterly social media plans aligned with brand guidelines and business goals
- Conduct in-depth audience, market, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and strategic direction
- Establish content strategy, platform frameworks, and tone of voice in line with brand identity
- Conceptualise and lead social media campaigns in collaboration with internal teams, marketing, and external agencies
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse KPIs, and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to brand, legal, and communication standards across all social media communications
- Evaluate emerging platforms, content formats, trends, and innovations to enhance digital impact
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Strategy, Digital Marketing, or a similar strategic role
- Strong expertise in social media planning, analytics, reporting, and performance optimisation
- Proven ability to conceptualise campaigns and drive ideation through to execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
