Role Description

Joinwith is looking for a Social Media Strategist who can blend creative storytelling with performance-driven content. The content strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective content strategies to achieve business goals and drive audience engagement.

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Nagpur. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, creating content plans, optimizing social media channels for maximum engagement, and managing public relations to enhance brand presence. The strategist will work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms and positively impact audience engagement and brand recognition.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end content marketing strategies.
  • Create high-quality content for LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Twitter/X, and forums.
  • Write SEO-optimized blogs, website pages, and landing page copy that ranks and converts.
  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing, design, and sales teams.
  • Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
  • Maintain brand voice consistency across all digital channels.


Online Platform Management

  • Keep an eye on social media across the sector for competitive analysis
  • Develop and monitor marketing campaigns on social media
  • Works closely in collaboration with a media agency, giving them a brief on the key aspects with regards to the media stint and targets thereof
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Regularly keep a check on the website and oversee if any new features in the products are featured on the website.


Campaign Management

  • Prepare accurate and detailed reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance and ROI.
  • Oversee and manage all digital projects with the agency and review thereof
  • Analyzes various market data to carry out trend analysis
  • Track and analyze platform algorithm and provide regular internal reports and course correct


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in content marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio of social media and long-form content.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
  • Experience working across multiple industries/domains.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to manage brand image and collaborate effectively
  • Experience in crafting and implementing impactful Content Strategies
  • Ability to analyze social media trends and metrics to drive optimization strategies
  • Proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in leading social media campaigns is a plus
