Job Description:
As a Social Media Strategist at Graphē, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organic growth, engagement, and sales for a portfolio of minimum 4 to 5 brands. Your responsibilities will encompass end-to-end brand management, requiring coordination internally and externally to deliver comprehensive services aligned with Graphē's commitment to visual and strategic excellence.The key responsibilities will be managing social media marketing campaigns, creating compelling content strategies, optimising social media platforms, handling public relations, and ensuring effective communication. Daily tasks include developing and implementing social media plans, analysing data, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing:
- Develop and implement effective marketing plans tailored to each assigned brand.
- Focus on organic growth strategies, platform engagement, and targeted audience reach.
- Devise creative ideas and integrate offline and online marketing efforts to meet yearly goals.
Client Coordination:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction.
- Plan and share content calendars weeks in advance, incorporating occasional content and client feedback.
- Pitch additional services offered by Graphē to enhance the client's overall marketing strategy.
Trend Awareness:
- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, memes, audio trends, and incorporate them into monthly plans.
- Utilise creative thinking to make posts go viral and enhance brand visibility.
Performance Analysis:
- Scrutinise and analyse the effectiveness of marketing plans and strategies.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports documenting successful and unsuccessful strategies for client review.
Content Creation and Coordination:
- Shoot reels, both behind and in front of the camera, ensuring engaging and dynamic content.
- Collaborate with design and motion graphics teams to create visually appealing creatives.
- Write creative copies and captions, utilising AI tools to enhance content quality.
Advertising and ORM:
- Run social media ads to amplify brand presence and reach a wider audience.
- Actively manage social media accounts and conduct Online Reputation Management (ORM) to increase overall engagement.
Documentation and Organisation:
- Document all activities, deliverables, and plans systematically.
- Ensure organisational efficiency and strict adherence to deadlines.
Business Development:
- Take a proactive role in business development by spearheading the conceptualisation of marketing and branding strategies aimed at enhancing lead generation and driving sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful - social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimisation for social media.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Aesthetic Photography Videography skills for reel shoot is preferred
