Recognized as India’s Best Social Enterprise, we are now looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist to join our mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, and campaign creatives.
- Coordinate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality content.
- Manage daily posting schedules and content calendars.
- Monitor trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
- Drive organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Support influencer collaborations and partnerships.
- Help amplify social impact stories and campaigns.
Must Have Skills
- 2+ years of experience in social media or digital content.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Ability to create content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Analytical mindset with understanding of metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, and growth.
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe tools.
- Ability to understand audience behavior and adapt content accordingly.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Passion for social impact, storytelling, or purpose-driven brands.
Good-to-have-skills
- Experience in the social sector, NGOs, or impact-driven brands.
- Experience with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Zoho Social, or Meta Business Suite.
- Basic video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, YouTube content).
- Experience with influencer marketing or community building.
- Understanding of paid social media campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround time.
- Visual sensibility and understanding of brand aesthetics.
