Cornorstone Consulting LLP is a specialized Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consulting firm delivering Anaplan, SAP Planning, FP&A, Supply Chain, Workforce Planning, and Digital Transformation solutions to clients across the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Singapore, and Australia.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Strategist to elevate our digital presence, strengthen our brand positioning, and drive engagement across professional and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Create, manage, and optimize content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
* Produce compelling content including thought leadership posts, case studies, company updates, and employer branding initiatives.
* Monitor platform performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
* Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with leadership, consultants, and external stakeholders to develop high-quality content that reflects the firm’s expertise.
* Support lead generation and brand awareness campaigns through strategic content initiatives.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Social Media Management, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
* Strong understanding of LinkedIn and B2B social media marketing.
* Exceptional written communication and content development skills.
* Experience with content scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools.
* Ability to translate complex business concepts into engaging, audience-focused content.
* Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with consulting, technology, SaaS, finance, or professional services organizations.
* Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
* Knowledge of personal branding and executive thought leadership strategies.
* Basic video editing and short-form content creation experience.
