About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time, in-office Social Media Strategist to join our Indore team. Your core responsibility will be to plan content calendars, coordinate with the design and video teams, and ensure that every piece of content reflects strategy, trend, and brand tone. If you’re creative, organized, and obsessed with staying ahead of the algorithm, we want you at the table.
What You’ll Do
- Create monthly content calendars tailored to each client’s brand goals
- Write captions, hashtags, and content copies that are engaging and on-brand
- Collaborate with designers and editors to ensure the timely delivery of creatives and reels
- Stay updated with trends, memes, audio, and content formats across platforms
- Share creative briefs, manage timelines, and ensure everything runs like clockwork
- Keep a close eye on post-performance and suggest optimizations when needed
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in social media strategy or management
- Solid understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Excellent writing skills with a flair for social-first content
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and timelines
- A collaborative attitude and a proactive, self-driven mindset
