About AxisOne

We're strengthening our marketing team and looking for a strategically-minded social media professional to lead how we show up across channels.
The Role
You'll set the direction for our social media — the strategy, the content approach, and the growth targets — then make it happen. It's a role for someone who thinks strategically and executes hands-on, and who moves easily between the creative and the analytical.
What You'll Do
* Define our social media strategy across platforms — positioning, content pillars, and growth goals
* Build content calendars and campaign plans tied to business objectives
* Direct engaging content — posts, stories, and reels — in the brand voice
* Grow and engage our communities and manage relevant collaborations and partnerships
* Track performance, run experiments, and turn data into sharper decisions
* Report clear results and recommendations to management
What You'll Bring
* Around 2 years in social media, digital marketing, or a closely related role
* Strong strategic thinking — you connect activity to real outcomes
* A good content sense and an eye for on-brand storytelling
* Comfort with analytics and turning numbers into clear decisions
* Strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt as priorities shift
* A portfolio or examples of your social work is a strong plus
