Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Strategist based in Noida. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing Aros Holidays' social media strategy to enhance our online presence and connect with our audience. Key responsibilities include creating and curating engaging social media content, developing content strategies, optimizing social media performance (SMO), and fostering relationships with online communities. The candidate will also collaborate with the marketing and public relations teams to promote the company’s brand and travel services online.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow online presence.
- Expertise in creating and executing effective Content Strategies relevant to audience engagement.
- Excellent Communication and Public Relations skills to build and sustain community relationships.
- Proficiency in using social media tools and analytics platforms to track performance and report insights.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
