About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Full Stack Social Media Strategist to lead and elevate our brand presence across major digital platforms. This role combines creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making to build engaged communities, drive measurable growth, and strengthen brand visibility across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social channels. The ideal candidate will own the complete social media lifecycle—from strategy and content creation to publishing, analytics, optimization, and community engagement.
What You Will Do:
Develop and execute a multi-platform social media strategy aligned with business and marketing goals
Build and manage monthly content calendars across all digital platforms
Create, publish, and optimize engaging content including reels, videos, carousels, graphics, and written posts
Lead YouTube growth strategy including scripting, SEO optimization, thumbnails, audience engagement, and analytics
Drive LinkedIn content strategy including thought leadership, newsletters, company updates, and employee advocacy
Manage social media accounts across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms
Monitor and engage with online communities, comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
Track and analyze KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, CTR, conversions, and video performance
Conduct A/B testing on content formats, posting schedules, and campaign strategies for continuous optimization
Collaborate with designers, videographers, copywriters, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality campaigns
Support paid social campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads when required
Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media best practices
What We Are Looking For:
Functional Skills:
Strong expertise in YouTube growth strategy, SEO, and analytics
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn content strategy and B2B engagement
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter) ecosystems
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, and LinkedIn Analytics
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Basic to intermediate graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and content optimization
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content creation
Proven track record of growing social media platforms organically with measurable results
Experience in startup, agency, EdTech, or fast-paced digital environments preferred
Preferred Skills:
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or YouTube Ads campaigns
Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp
Exposure to AI-powered content tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, or Descript
