Job Title: Social Media/ Content Strategist (D2C | Wellness)

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Content Manager who can own content end-to-end—from strategy to execution—across all major digital platforms. This role requires a strong creative eye, deep understanding of trends, and the ability to create high-performing content that drives brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook
- Create and manage static & video content (Reels, Shorts, Long-form, Carousels)
- Lead new product launch content across all platforms—from teaser to post-launch
- Track, analyze, and optimize content performance using insights & analytics
- Stay updated with platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts
- Ensure strong aesthetic consistency aligned with brand identity
- Collaborate with design, video, performance, and marketing teams
- Build and manage content calendars with timely execution
- Drive storytelling that blends education + engagement + conversion
Key Skills & Requirements
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in D2C / Wellness / Nutrition brands
- Strong creative thinking with a sharp aesthetic sense
- Proven experience in content strategy + execution
- Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & Facebook
- Data-driven mindset knows what works and why
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have
- Experience with product-led storytelling
- Basic understanding of performance marketing & content funnels
- Camera-friendly or experience directing shoots
