About the role
We’re looking for an energetic and insight-driven Account Management Lead – Digital & Social Strategy to own client relationships, lead creative strategy, and drive campaign success across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines client-facing leadership, content strategy expertise, and hands-on social media execution including creative development, shoot, writing and film/video production, with a strong understanding of paid media, SEO, and web development workflows.
You’ll be the bridge between brand, strategy, and creative, ensuring every campaign delivers impact, engagement, and measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Account Leadership
- Serve as the primary client partner for all digital and social mandates.
- Develop brand and communication strategies tailored to client objectives and audience insights.
- Build strong relationships across client stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction, performance, and retention.
- Drive strategic thinking across platforms, from campaign ideation to execution and performance review.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-functional collaboration, and new business development.
Social Media & Content Strategy
- Lead ideation of integrated campaign ideas, social-first narratives, influencer initiatives, and content IPs.
- Oversee brand tone, storytelling, and platform consistency across channels.
- Plan monthly content calendars, performance-driven campaigns, and interactive engagement formats.
- Develop and oversee production of creative elements and videos/films.
- Coordinate with design, copy, and media teams to deliver timely and high-quality content.
- Ensure brand ORM (Online Reputation Management) and engagement monitoring in real time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with SEO, paid media, and web development teams to ensure cohesive digital strategies.
- Oversee campaign execution workflows, ensuring on-time delivery and creative excellence.
- Translate data-driven insights into actionable creative and strategic recommendations.
Performance & Reporting
- Measure success across engagement, reach, CTR, conversion, and retention KPIs.
- Analyze campaign data using Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics dashboards.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Drive continuous optimization of strategies and budgets based on performance outcomes.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Proven ability to manage multi-brand digital portfolios and execute integrated campaigns with strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, along with awareness of emerging platforms and content formats
- Working knowledge of paid media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads, including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization fundamentals
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, website structures, and CMS workflows (especially WordPress), with a focus on improving search visibility and content performance
- Proficiency in analytics tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Insights, and platform-native dashboards, with a data-driven approach to reporting and decision-making
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to create impactful decks using PowerPoint and Canva and present effectively to clients
- Hands-on understanding of creative development, including ideation, content execution, and exposure to film/video production processes
- Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools such as Excel (intermediate to advanced), PowerPoint, Canva, Slack, Asana, Trello (or equivalent) for efficient workflow management
- Working proficiency with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, and AI-based image/video tools for ideation, content creation, and optimization, along with adaptability to emerging technologies
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in performance marketing campaign coordination.
- Basic design or copywriting sensibility.
- Awareness of influencer marketing and community engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM or automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Education & Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Digital Media.
- Certifications in Digital Strategy, Social Media Marketing, or Analytics preferred.
