Job Title: Social Media & Content Manager – LinkedIn Focus (FoodTech)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Manager with experience in the FoodTech industry (experience with platforms like Zomato or similar is a plus). The candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our LinkedIn presence and other social media platforms , creating engaging content, and building a strong brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn page with a focus on engagement and brand positioning
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality LinkedIn content (posts, carousels, articles, campaigns)
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and business goals
- Write compelling and professional content tailored for B2B and brand storytelling
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing creatives
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics and optimize content based on performance insights
- Stay updated with LinkedIn trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Engage with audience through comments, messages, and community interactions
- Support employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn content
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media/content marketing
- Strong experience in handling LinkedIn content and strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge of FoodTech industry or platforms like Zomato is preferred
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2C content creation
- Understanding of branding and storytelling
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret social media metrics
