At Aatm Nirbhar, we’re building India’s largest women’s mobility ecosystem — enabling women to move, work, and earn.
We’re looking for someone who can tell powerful stories from the ground and translate them into content people actually stop for.
What this role is aboutThis is not a typical “social media manager” role.
It sits at the intersection of:
👉 Impact storytelling
👉 Content creation
👉 Audience engagement
You will work closely with real women, real journeys, and real change — and turn those into compelling, high-performing content.
What you’ll do- Capture and build stories from the ground (trainers, learners, jobs, journeys)
- Turn these into:
- Instagram reels (scripts + hooks)
- Carousels
- Short-form videos
- Write content that is:
- simple
- sharp
- relatable
- emotionally engaging
- Experiment with formats, hooks, and storytelling styles
- Work with the team to continuously improve what performs and why
- Support documentation (case studies, narratives, reports when needed)
Who this is forYou might be a great fit if you:
- Care deeply about women’s empowerment / gender equality / impact
- Have experience in content, communication, or storytelling (development sector, media, or otherwise)
- Can observe real life and turn it into meaningful stories
- Are curious about what makes content work — and are willing to learn
- Are comfortable writing scripts, captions, and narrative content
Bonus (not mandatory, but great to have)- Experience with social media content (especially Instagram)
- Basic design / video understanding
- Photography / videography skills
