Work Hours: 6 hours daily

Weekly Off: Sunday

We are now looking for an experienced social media professional who understands how to convert content into leads and sales, you will be posting content regularly/daily on all social media platform.

2. YouTube
3. Facebook
4. LinkedIn
5. Quora
6. X
7. Reddit

Core Responsibility (Read Carefully)

Your primary goal is lead & sales generation through content. This is not a branding-only role.

Content creation is fully your responsibility, including:

1. Content strategy & ideas
2. Reels, posts, carousels, short videos
3. Captions, hooks, CTAs
4. Posting & consistency

We are looking for someone who understands content → trust → inquiry → conversion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create platform-specific content designed to generate inquiries
2. Use strong hooks, CTAs, and psychology-driven messaging
3. Build and follow a weekly content calendar
4. Engage in comments, DMs, Reddit threads, and Quora answers for lead capture
5. Drive users towards DMs, forms, or booking pages
6. Track and report basic metrics (reach, engagement, leads generated)

Mandatory Requirements

1. 3+ years experience managing social media professionally
2. Proven understanding of lead generation / sales through content
3. Strong English writing skills (Hinglish is a plus)
4. Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
5. Ability to work independently with ownership mindset

You manage too many clients and can’t commit daily time

Bonus (Strong Advantage)

Experience in psychology, mental health, coaching, or self-growth niche, Prior success generating leads organically and Deep understanding of Reddit & Quora audience behaviour
