Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing the organization's social media presence, creating captivating content, and developing strategies to engage audiences. Key day-to-day activities include planning and publishing social media posts, running digital marketing campaigns, monitoring analytics, and coordinating marketing efforts. The role also involves maintaining consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to align branding and messaging strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with teams and audiences
- Creativity and strategic thinking for crafting engaging and authentic online campaigns
- Experience with using social media analytics tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge or experience in the gems and jewelry industry is an added advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site office environment in Mumbai
