Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Specialist – D2C/FMCG role based in Delhi. The Social Media Specialist will manage and grow Fitspire’s presence across social media platforms, with a focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and D2C conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing social media calendars, creating and publishing platform-specific content (posts, reels, stories, short videos), and coordinating with design and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice. The role involves monitoring trends, engaging with the online community, responding to comments and messages, and collaborating with influencers and partners relevant to the FMCG and wellness space. The specialist will track performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and provide data-driven insights to optimize social media and digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience in D2C and/or FMCG brands.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, including copywriting and briefing visual assets for various platforms.
- Solid foundation in Marketing principles, especially brand positioning and audience targeting within the wellness or consumer products space.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent the brand professionally across all online interactions.
- Experience working with social media analytics and ad management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in health, wellness, nutrition, or FMCG sectors is an advantage.
