Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate Social Media Specialist who understands content trends, audience engagement, and platform growth strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, confident in communication, and capable of handling both content execution and coordination responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage posting schedules and content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other digital platforms.
• Plan and maintain aesthetic social media grids and visual consistency.
• Handle LinkedIn management including posting, engagement, outreach, networking, and messaging.
• Manage YouTube uploads including thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and overall channel organization.
• Monitor engagement, analytics, reach, and content performance.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm updates, viral formats, and emerging content styles.
• Create engaging reel content, short-form videos, and long-form video content.
• Coordinate and attend shoots for campaigns, social media content, and brand storytelling.
• Be comfortable appearing in videos whenever required.
• Record voice-overs for reels, promotional campaigns, and social media creatives.
• Assist in creative campaign ideation and execution.
• Coordinate with influencers, creators, and collaborators for promotional activities.
Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube strategies.
• Knowledge of short-form video trends, audience engagement, and growth tactics.
• Basic understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and content planning.
• Comfortable working in front of the camera and recording voice-overs.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience with influencer outreach and creator collaborations is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare, lifestyle, or B2B industries will be considered an added advantage.
