Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, executing campaigns, increasing audience engagement, and strengthening the Strike & Smash brand online.
Key Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
Plan and execute campaigns to promote cricket sessions, tournaments, and brand initiatives.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for content planning.
Stay updated with social media trends and recommend new ideas to improve reach and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
Familiarity with Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and scheduling tools.
Passion for sports, especially cricket, is a plus.
