Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist who can manage end-to-end social media operations — from content creation and design to crisis handling and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should be proactive, data-driven, and capable of handling real-time communication scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Scheduling

• Develop and schedule multilingual content aligned with brand objectives
• Create posts for campaigns, awareness initiatives, and emergency alerts

2. Graphic Designing

• Design engaging creatives for social media, events, and campaigns
• Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across platforms

3. Crisis Management

• Monitor and counter misinformation or negative narratives
• Handle public grievances and execute SOPs for reputation management

4. Public Engagement

• Track audience sentiment and respond to queries/comments promptly
• Drive engagement and participation in campaigns and initiatives

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor KPIs such as engagement, reach, and ROI
• Generate reports and derive actionable insights

6. Strategy & Planning

• Plan content calendars and campaign strategies
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize performance

7. Paid Campaigns & Growth

• Manage paid social media campaigns and ad performance
• Collaborate with influencers for brand visibility and reach

Skills & Tools Required

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Hands-on experience with tools like Hootsuite or similar
• Proficiency in graphic design, image editing, and video editing tools
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
• Excellent communication and crisis-handling skills

Requirement

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media/digital marketing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, real-time environment
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
