Social Media Specialist / Client Delivery Manager (Pod Manager)

Role Summary
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist / Client Delivery Manager who will own end-to-end delivery and client success for a set of clients.
At Digital Mojo, clients are managed in small, dedicated teams (called pods).
Each pod works like a mini-agency, responsible for strategy, execution, performance, and client satisfaction.
You will act as the single owner for your clients — coordinating social media, performance marketing, creatives, and execution — while ensuring quality, timelines, and results.
This is not a coordination-only role.
This is an ownership role.
What is a “Pod”? (For clarity)
A pod is a small, dedicated client team consisting of:
- A Client Manager (you)
- Social Media Managers
- Performance Marketer
- Video/Creative support
You will lead this team and be accountable for outcomes.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Ownership & Communication
- Be the single point of contact for 6–7 clients
- Lead weekly/monthly client calls
- Understand client business goals and pressure points
- Set expectations clearly and manage scope
- Handle escalations calmly and proactively
2. Strategy & Planning
- Own monthly plans and priorities for each client
- Align social media, performance marketing, and creatives into one plan
- Use performance insights to guide content and campaigns
- Ensure all execution supports business outcomes
3. Team & Delivery Management
- Manage a small delivery team assigned to your clients
- Allocate work clearly and avoid overlaps
- Ensure all deliverables are on time and high quality
- Maintain execution discipline and standards
4. Performance Oversight
- Review and understand key performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
- Work closely with performance marketers to course-correct
- Ensure performance reports are accurate and meaningful
(You are not required to run ads, but must understand performance well.)
5. Quality Control & Accountability
- Final responsibility for calendars, creatives, messaging, and reports
- Ensure there are no surprises for clients
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and service levels
6. Commercial & Retention Responsibility
- Own client retention and satisfaction
- Identify upsell or growth opportunities
- Protect margins by controlling scope creep
- Understand capacity and workload limits

Required Experience & Skills
- 4–7 years experience in a digital marketing / agency environment
- Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong understanding of:
- Performance marketing fundamentals
- Social media execution
- Creative workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong planning and prioritization ability
- Calm under pressure, solution-oriented mindset
