About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who combines creative thinking with strong execution skills.

This role goes beyond simply managing social media accounts. We are looking for someone who can think of engaging campaign ideas, understand client requirements, organise workflows efficiently, and create visually appealing content.


You will work closely with clients and internal teams to plan campaigns, manage timelines, coordinate creative resources, and ensure that every piece of content reflects a high aesthetic standard suited for hospitality and luxury brands.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Ideation & Content Planning

  • Contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars
  • Participate in brainstorming for client campaigns and pitches

Client Communication & Account Handling

  • Understand client objectives, brand voice, and marketing goals
  • Communicate professionally with clients and manage feedback effectively
  • Translate client requirements into clear creative briefs for the internal team

Content Development & Creative Oversight

  • Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and creators to execute content
  • Ensure content maintains strong visual aesthetics and brand consistency
  • Write engaging captions and social media copy

Project Management & Coordination

  • Maintain timelines, approvals, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate tasks between internal teams and clients
  • Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and content deliverables

Hands-on Creative Support

  • Create strategic, aesthetic social media posts (carousels, Instagram stories and reels) edits using Canva when required. Should be a Canva Expert. (self score should be : 8-9 / 10)
  • Support the team with rapid content adaptations for stories, announcements, or quick-turnaround posts


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong creative thinking and campaign ideation ability
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle clients and understand brand requirements
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Good understanding of design aesthetics, visual storytelling, and luxury brand presentation
  • Working knowledge of Canva for quick creative execution
