What We're Looking For:
WordPress & Website Management (Must Have)
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress, Elementor, and Formidable Forms.
- Build responsive web pages and landing pages.
- Manage website performance, security, backups, hosting, plugins, and maintenance.
- Optimise website speed, mobile responsiveness, Technical SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
SEO Expert
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Keyword research, competitor analysis, website audits, schema markup, XML sitemaps, indexing, metadata optimisation, and internal linking.
- Ability to improve rankings, organic traffic, and overall search visibility.
Social Media Strategist
- Plan and execute engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate creatives, reels, carousels, blogs, and videos with design and content teams.
- Drive community engagement and continuously optimise social media performance.
Paid Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Create high-converting landing pages.
- Track and improve ROAS, CPL, CTR, conversions, and lead quality.
Email Marketing
- Create newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automation workflows using Mailchimp or similar platforms.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Configure Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Prepare monthly reports covering website performance, SEO growth, paid campaigns, and social media insights.
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve overall marketing performance.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, or Investment companies.
- Experience working with compliance-driven financial content.
