We are hiring a fresher - Social Media & Sales Enablement Associate to own our brand presence across all major social platforms and to power our sales outreach efforts. This is a high-impact, highly visible role. You will be the voice of CloudMotiv online and a key driver of our pipeline. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Plan, create, and publish 2 posts per day across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram and Facebook , every day
• Develop a monthly content calendar aligned to company goals, campaigns, and industry trends
• Create compelling short-form copy, visuals, and multimedia content suited to each platform's audience and format
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms and engage promptly
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks) and iterate based on data
• Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes and platform updates
Sales Enablement & Outreach
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand target personas, ICPs and messaging priorities
• Craft personalised, high-converting LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages for prospecting
• Write and test outbound email sequences that drive replies and booked meetings
• Research prospects and identify relevant conversation hooks to personalise outreach at scale
• Help maintain and enrich the CRM with contact data, messaging notes, and outreach status
• Support A/B testing of messaging to continuously improve open rates and response rates
What We're Looking For
• A genuine passion for social media, storytelling, and digital marketing
• Strong written and spoken English - clear, concise and adaptable to different tones and audiences
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and Facebook as professional tools
• Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead generation and B2B outreach is a plus
• Self-starter attitude - able to manage your own time, hit daily publishing targets, and stay organised
• Curiosity and willingness to learn tools such as Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Nice to Have
• Prior internship or project experience in social media, content marketing, or sales development
• Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot
• Understanding of SEO basics and how content drives organic visibility
• Portfolio of social media content, copywriting samples, or marketing projects
