About the role
TNE Institute is recruiting two Social Media & Regional Outreach Officers to support the promotion of BranchCampusFinder.com, a platform designed to help students and parents explore, compare and understand international branch campus options, transnational education provision and international qualifications available closer to home.
The successful candidates will play a key role in building awareness of Branch Campus Finder across their region, engaging students and parents online, and developing partnerships with schools, universities, education agents and counsellors.
Key responsibilities
Manage and grow the social media presence of TNE Institute and Branch Campus Finder across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Instagram.
Create engaging, accessible and student-friendly content, including posts, short videos, reels, stories and campaign messages.
Respond professionally to student, parent and agent enquiries through social media, email and online channels.
Promote BranchCampusFinder.com as a trusted comparison platform for international branch campuses and TNE study options.
Build relationships with local schools, colleges, universities, counsellors and education agents.
Support online and in-person outreach activities, including school presentations, webinars, information sessions and promotional campaigns.
Identify regional trends, student questions and frequently asked concerns to help improve content and communication.
Support the development of localised marketing messages for students and parents in India or East Africa.
Work with the wider TNE Institute team to increase website traffic, student engagement and brand visibility.
Person specification
The ideal candidate will have experience or strong interest in social media, student recruitment, international education, marketing or regional outreach.
You should be confident using platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn, and be able to create clear and engaging content for students and parents.
You will need strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in your region.
Experience working with schools, universities, education agents, counsellors or student communities would be an advantage.
Knowledge of international education, UK degrees, branch campuses or transnational education would be helpful, but training can be provided.

Good written and spoken English.
Confidence in answering enquiries from students and parents.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of the local education market in India or East Africa.
Ability to work independently and report progress clearly.
