What You’ll Do
- LinkedIn sourcing — Find and engage recruiter profiles using smart search and content.
- Marketing outreach — Support targeted campaigns to boost visibility and response rates.
- Candidate calling — Speak with shortlisted recruiters and guide them through next steps.
- Brand building — Strengthen our presence and reputation among the recruiter community.
What You Bring
- Strong communication and confidence on calls
- Social media fluency, especially LinkedIn
- A marketing mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work full European shift from India
