Key Responsibilities
* Create high-quality, engaging, and creative content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
* Confidently host and present videos, reels, interviews, promotional content, and brand campaigns.
* Manage and host live streaming sessions, webinars, and interactive social media events.
* Develop and implement effective social media strategies to improve brand visibility, reach, engagement, and audience growth.
* Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm fresh content ideas, campaigns, scripts, and concepts.
* Monitor and analyze social media performance, including views, reach, engagement, followers, and conversions, and optimize content accordingly.
* Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, platform updates, and best practices.
* Maintain a consistent brand voice, presentation style, and professional image across all digital platforms.
* Engage with the online audience and contribute ideas to strengthen the brand’s digital presence.
Preferred Skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera.
* Creative thinking and strong content-generation ability.
* Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and live streaming.
* Basic knowledge of video production, scripting, and content planning.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Malayalam and English communication skills will be an advantage.
