Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused individual who can plan, create, and publish engaging social media content using design, video editing, and AI tools. This role directly contributes to brand visibility, lead generation, and audience engagement.

How This Role Fits In
This role sits at the core of our marketing efforts. You will work closely with the founder/marketing team to translate ideas into content that drives awareness, trust, and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Create daily social media posts (images, reels, short videos)
- Edit videos for ads, reels, and promotional content
- Design visually appealing creatives aligned with brand guidelines
- Use AI tools for content generation (captions, scripts, ideas, creatives)
- Plan and schedule content calendars
- Optimize posts based on performance insights
- Repurpose content into multiple formats for different platforms
- Stay updated with trends and implement them quickly
Qualifications
- Strong skills in graphic design and video editing tools
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.)
- Good sense of design, storytelling, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and adaptability
Important Notes (Read Before Applying)
- A small unpaid test may be required before selection
- Selected candidates may need to attend a 7-day training before joining

Pay: 10000 INR Per Month (Monthly payment)
Work days: Monday to Saturday
- Work Timings: 10 am to 7 pm
