Createbytes is a performance-driven creative agency that helps brands and founders own their digital presence. We're looking for a full-stack Social Media Strategist — someone who can handle the complete 360° of social media, from strategy to execution to paid performance.

What You'll Be Doing
- Social Media Strategy: Build and execute platform-specific strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Facebook
- Personal Branding: Own the end-to-end personal brand presence of founders and executives
- Content Creation: Develop ideas, reel concepts, scripts, campaign narratives, and storytelling formats that convert
- Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with designers and video editors to bring content to life
- Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Lead Gen, Awareness, Retargeting, Conversion) — and other ad formats as needed
- Performance Tracking: Own analytics, growth metrics, engagement KPIs, and monthly reporting
- Trend Intelligence: Stay on top of platform trends, internet culture, and audience behaviour in real time
- Community Management: Engage with audiences, manage DMs, and build a loyal follower base for brands and founders
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of hands-on social media and content strategy experience
- Strong creative instinct paired with a strategic, data-driven mindset
- Deep understanding of audience psychology and social media growth levers
- Proven experience in personal branding — especially for founders, leaders, or public figures
- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing fundamentals
- Ability to generate and execute ideas fast in a high-paced environment
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
- Someone proactive, ownership-driven, and always full of ideas
Bonus Points
- You've worked with startups or fast-growing companies
- You've managed or collaborated with creators and influencers
- Experience with LinkedIn strategy and B2B content
- Familiarity with YouTube growth, Shorts, or long-form strategy
- You have your own social media presence that shows your skills
